Our childcare professionals have the special opportunity to help children take their first steps, speak their first words, read their first books, and make their first friends. When looking to add a new member to our staff, our primary objective is to find someone who finds true joy in helping children achieve these milestones. If creating lasting memories and relationships with young children is something you’re passionate about, then we want you on our team!
To help ensure staff qualifications, none of our staff may be hired provisionally and each staff member must first meet DSS Regulations before being employed at Honey Bears.
Work Perks
Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and national holidays. Free child care is also included!
While a strong commitment to the children we work with is our top priority, we also take pride in facilitating a fun, collaborative work environment for our hardworking staff. Our team enjoys quarterly outings that help us all bond, and our staff is always there for each other, ready to help with whatever may be needed.
